Someone added my phone to an ENDPOINT MANAGEMENT software; and is monitoring it. Personal phone, added without user consent. How do I remove it from their grip?

can remove a work profile, unenroll from Intune, or uninstall an MDM agent. 

Remove a work profile 

Go to Settings

Tap Passwords and accounts

Tap the Work tab

Tap Remove Work Profile

Tap Delete to confirm

Ensure the policy app ("Device Policy") is uninstalled

Unenroll from Intune 

Sign in to the Company Portal app with your work account

Select Devices

Select the device you want to remove

Select the menu and tap Remove Device

Select OK to finish removing your device

Uninstall an MDM agent 

Go to Settings

Navigate to Security

Select Device Administrator and disable it

Go to Settings, then Applications

Select the MDM agent and uninstall it
