Mail folders created on Samsun S21 imap does not sync on android

When creating folders on the default mail app on Samsun S21, the folders do not sync with the mail server.  However, I can create a folder on my desktop pc Outlook mail, and those folders are created/sync with the mail on the S21.  Is there a problem with bi-directional syncing with the default mail on the S21?

Check your setting, click on inbox notification, and make sure both boxes are checked

To the OP.

I suggest you reproduce the issue and report to Samsung Members app > Get Help > Error Report

since it's samsung's email app, they should be able to look into it, if it's got something to do with the server then they should be able to adjust quite quickly
