Hi,

I am unable to access shared internet connection from my MacBook Air (M1) on my S21 Ultra device. I contacted Apple and during the troubleshooting, I used one of my colleague's older Samsung Mobile phone and it was able to connect to the shared internet connection from my MacBook Air (M1). But on my S21, I always get an error saying that the password in incorrect (inspite of using the right password). Did anyone experience this issue? Can Samsung Support personnel help?

Thanks,

Kiran

Samsung cannot guarantee the compatibility with non-Samsung devices. It is recommended to continue speaking with Apple regarding this connection.

it's because samsung is allergic to apple XD. jk...

maybe try submitting an issue to Samsung Members app after re-attempting to connect?? Maybe the app will be able to collect the necessary logs that explain what went wrong or wasn't happening during the attempt.
