Make sure all your apps have been updated.  It's likely that an app is not compatible with the update. 

Boot to Safe Mode and see if the issue persists.

My phone does similar but all day. I'll be searching or on phone looking at photos. All the sudden it freezes and reboots. Sometimes 2 or 3 times in a row.

I have the same problem after the last system update - security improvements from 1.08.2023. The phone randomly freezes and reboots.  It is very frustrating...
