How can I get in my Google account if my phone was stolen & they changed my password?

If you have a back up email attached to the email that had gotten its password changed than you might be able to get access to the device using a password reset and lock it down

My Gmail password is stolen and can't get into my account. I tried everything and still locked out.

My account opens up but my email is so outdated. I might switch to Apple iPhone for better security.

I can just use it loud for better e m ail coverage.
