Nest Camera History Playback Paused

When trying to playback history on any of my Nest cameras the playback just freezes or pauses.  It will not play.  If I rotate my phone to landscape it will update and sometimes play and also sometimes jump ahead.  Very strange behavior.  Anyone else see this behavior on their new device?  Using the Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G on At&t.

sorry i dont have nest camera to test it out, but try submit this issue to samsung members app

Is the app up to date?

I would recommend reaching out to Nest to verify the app version that is on your device is currently compatible with the S21 Ultra and the Android version on your device.

Yes, app is fully updated. Running version 5.61.0.2. I have already reached out to the Google Nest team and the video of my issue is logged with their senior support team. they have no fix as of now. seems odd that nobody else is experiencing this. it's not that uncommon of a device.

The only thing I can usually do to resolve it is to rotate my phone from portrait to landscape or vice versa.

Nest support didn't have solution either, they escalated it to the engineering department. Let's see what they say.
