No Internet Connection popup

For the last week or two, I've been randomly getting a No Internet Connection popup at the bottom of my screen. It doesn't matter if I'm Wifi, LTE or 5G. I've been able to replicate it by turning off Wifi, if it's already connected. It also happens randomly if wifi isn't connected it turned on. The strange thing is, it doesn't seem to affect anything. My internet works just fine. The popup is really annoying though. Someone suggested I uninstall the app updates for Android System WebView. That seemed to fix it for about a day but then it started happening again. Any suggestions?

Disregard, I figured it out. I downloaded Toast Source and it told me it was coming from the ESPN Tournament Challenge app
