No Internet Mobile Hotspot S21 Ultra 5G

I have the s21 ultra 5g and no issues using mobile Hotspot until the recent update a few weeks ago. Now it no longer provides internet access to the connected devices. 


My carrier confirmed mobile Hotspot is turned on. I've called support and have gone through the hassle from resetting my network to resetting my phone to factory and still no internet. 


I'm in a bind because I need this when I travel to connect my laptop to get internet access. If anyone can help please... thank you.

Are the other devices able to see and connect to it? Have you tried forgetting the network on the connected devices?

Yes. Tried another laptop and a friend's phone. They connect fine with no internet. We tried the forget network and reconnect with same results.

Tried bluetooth and USB tethering with the same results.

It worked fine Easter weekend the first part of April. I received the phone update April 13. That's the difference between when it worked and now.

Have you checked with your carrier to see if you have the latest Baseband version and correct APN settings?

 

A factory reset should have done it but after that it comes down to a software re-flash.

That was the first thing I did. I thought maybe they accidentally turned it off.

Is a re-flash something I can do from an image assuming Samsung provides it?

If you have not, before I took it anywhere I'd again perform a Factory Reset and DO NOT restore the backup.  See if this allows it to work.
