It's been two updates but my problem is still happening. I swipe down to view notifications and I see them, but most of the app icons on my notifications tray are white and doesn't properly display the app icon (See pic below). This has been like this since the One UI 5 update. I originally went on Twitter and Samsung Twitter support wasn't able to help and told me to post here. And I'm posting here a second time. Any help would be appreciated.
So, I never use Light Mode but did earlier and noticed icons will appear in light mode and every icon is black and white. It's just dark mode having the issue.
