I have a fairly new S21 5G (5 months). Ever since the 1st week of December. I'm missing some calls and making outgoing calls I have to keep hanging up and redial. I keep having to reset to use. Tried several troubleshooting with Samsung including factory reset. Changed my sim card. Left it at the repair store. Still not working which is very frustrating.
#Samsung wants me to send it in for repair but I dont have a backup and need my phone for work.
