Purchased 2 unlocked s21 phones from the Samsung store on Amazon last month. Took the active Sim cards (Verizon) from existing s8s and swapped them over. My wife has mobile data, but I do not and I can't figure out why. Planning on going to a Verizon store to try a new Sim card, but thought I'd throw it up on here to see if it has been a problem for anyone else

Different sims work with different phones. Like when i upgraded from my note 10+ to my note 20+ ultra 5G. The sim worked but it was not utilized for 5G network. To get the full speed and functionality out of my New 5G phone I had to use the sim that came with the new phone. And not the old sim from another phone

I recommend getting a new sim

Just to provide an update, a new Sim card did fix whatever the issue was.

Contacting carrier resolved the issue
