Galaxy S21I just found out that because I went through Samsung instead of Tmobile to purchase my phone that I can't get delivery, text and typing receipts. How do I file a complaint with Samsung. This is one of the features I specifically look for in a phone. I'm furious that I spent $1000 on a phone that doesn't have one of the key features I want.

Galaxy S21Sadly it is true that Unlocked devices may not be compatible with Carrier specific features. You can always speak with your Carrier regarding compatibilities with their services.

Galaxy S21I have the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S21 that I bought through T-Mobile, but the native messages app isn't showing a "read" receipt for any other Android/Samsung user except someone with the same exact variant as me (also T-Mobile Galaxy S21). I tried messing around with all the settings, but nothing appears to work... how is it that the Galaxy S10 can send and receive read receipts, but this one can't?

Galaxy S21UPDATE: I was recommended to download and install Carrier Services from the Google Play Store. I did that and then used Google Messages to activate "Chat Features" and then reset my phone and by the following morning, my Samsung (pre-installed) messages app has returned to normal functionality and I can see "read" receipts from other Android users.

Galaxy S21I'm trying thefirstslice's recommendation to fix the pre-installed messaging app issue and see if it works for me. Although, I don't see how changing chat features on a 3rd party app will help with a pre-installed app.

Galaxy S21I also don't see how downloading the google play carrier services patchfix will effect things after a factory reset? hmm, I'm loathe to try this because I've been using my phone for a month and it's full of apps and files I'd have to backup to do said reset....
any chance his trick worked for you? if it's not going to work anyways, I might as well no go through the effort.
