From the day I got my S21 ultra I can't receive calls from US Cellular custers. I have replaced the phone, did master resets, hanged Sim cards, changed phone numbers, spent hour in the store and on phone with Spectrum tech support and nothing. My husband got the same phone and has the same issue. Spectrum is trying to say no one else has reported this issue.

Anyone here experience this issue? How was it resolved???

It is recommended to speak with your carrier regarding the use of their services.

Never heard of Spectrum ... are they a reseller? If yes, which provider SIM is being used?

Had to look it up.

So Spectrum is not a *true* cell provider - they are a reseller, or more technically, a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) ... Spectrum uses the Verizon network.

So, the SIM card in your phone is for the Verizon network. I'd check to see if folks have issues with Verizon and US Cellular (thought they went out of business 🙂

I was gonna suggest a phone swap, but since the two of you are having the same issue, it's most likely a "cell provider" problem

yes.. specttum..as well as Comcast (xfinity) are not cell companies and yes they both use Verizon network..

US cellular believe it or not.. is still in Business..they are big in Martinsburg, WV.... as well as the towers I am using on my Verizon carrier.. I get better service with Verizon on us cellular towers than I do if I had a US cellular phone service...

but more to the point..
I still have my 4lte sim card in my 5g phone as we don't have 5 g service where i live.. am not having the issues I am reading about here.. so that is making me think.. how many have upgraded to a 5g sim card and not be in 5g service area..

5g is only dependent on the phone model and 5g coverage area. The SIM is only used to register you phone number to the underlying cell network.

To repeat, there's no such thing as a 5g or 4g SIM card.

How old is your SIM card? If, say, over two years, might want to get an updated one.

My wife and I had S10 phones (4LTE) and when we got our S21 phones ... we moved the SIMs from the S10s to S21s and, voila, we have 5g service : )
