I have a Samsung S21. At times I don't receive multimedia messages. Is there something in the settings that would prevent this or would it be my cell service. My husband sent a message to several family members and I didn't get it

Galaxy S21Your husband's phone has to be configured to send the MMS otherwise it only sends iMessage.
- Navigate to the Settings app on your iPhone 13.
- Then, scroll down and tap on ' Messages .'
- Look for the section titled ' SMS/MMS .'
- To enable MMS, flip the switch on the right side of ' MMS Messaging
