Not getting multimedia messages from Group chat

I have a Samsung S21. At times I don't receive multimedia messages. Is there something in the settings that would prevent this or would it be my cell service. My husband sent a message to several family members and I didn't get it

I would appreciate any help with this issue. It doesn't happen with all multimedia messages.

I have a new A13. MMS worked fine for a week. Yesterday it couldn't deliver messages to one group member...I don't have a clue why...but the iPhone thing is a possibility.

In group chats sometimes I do not receive multimedia messages from iPhones users in the chat but see the messages about the media. I don't if that helps but that is one issue if it is an iPhone

Thanks for reply. The initiator of the text, my husband, has a new iPhone and I had wondered if that was the issue. He did a test with a single text and I received as usual but he resent the multimedia and I still didn't get it nor did I see any replies from non iPhone users.

Your husband's phone has to be configured to send the MMS otherwise it only sends iMessage. 

1. Navigate to the Settings app on your iPhone 13.
2. Then, scroll down and tap on ' Messages .'
3. Look for the section titled ' SMS/MMS .'
4. To enable MMS, flip the switch on the right side of ' MMS Messaging

Thanks so much for the information. I will pass it along. However most of the others if not all in the group text have android phones and they got the text. I was the only one who did not
