Notification alert when I close my mobile data

How do I get rid of the alert notification when I close the use of the mobile data on my phone.

The phone is Verizon unlocked. I am using a Fizz (Videotron no frill) sim card.

I cannot find where to shut the notification... This repetitive notification is the only "problem" that's bugging me...

I tried exchanging the sim card with an active Telus sim card from my wife phone. I get the same message. I don't get this message on the other phone when I close the mobile data.
