I own the S20 Ultra. I've owned 7 or more generations of Galaxy phones, not to mention tablets and other devices. I pre-ordered the S21 Ultra on day 1. On day 2 I realized it has no expandable storage. That was the deal breaker. No other enhancement or refinement can make up for removing external storage. Samsung has done that before and it has not been well received. I immediately cancelled my pre-order and got my $1200 refund. I'm not likely to buy another Samsung device as long as they take the stance that they should follow the crowd instead of leading. If you want to improve external storage or create your own version of it, that's fine. But to have the new phones be regressions in some ways to the previous generations will not improve your financial results or impress your loyal consumers. I hope you'll quickly come to this conclusion.

I know exactly how you feel. I also got told there will be no charger with the phone but I need to confirm that and if it's true I will not be buying another samsung phone.

I can confirm. There is definitely no charger included with the phone. Plus the S20s charge at 45w and the S21s charge at 25w. It's nonsensical.

You're wise. No updates until Samsung puts out the phone we're looking for. They have to know we're uninterested in them just making the closest thing to an iPhone that runs Android.

Dear Samsung,
You used to be a cool company, and offer a true alternative to Apple. For everyone, like me, who wanted to use Android and always disliked iphones, Samsung was the only choise.
But since 2018 this is over! Since 2018 you are removing important and nice features from your smartphones and you try to convince us all that you are improving.
I still have my S9+ and I will keep it as much as possible. NO way I going to upgrade to your new but terrible phone.
My first smartphone was the SII, I was thrilled. But since 2018 you have removed the 3.5mm Jack, the SpO2 sensor and now even the charger, the earphone and EVEN the microSD!!!
All the benefits we had with the Galaxy phones over the iphone (microSD, 3.5 jack) are gone! You made a fool out of yourself when you started adds against apple for not delivering a charger. Now you just blindly follow apple, no innovation nothing.
And you still have the nerve to tell us that your new phones are better!
I am through with Samsung. I wanted to upgrade my phone, but not like this. If you continue with this course, consider me as a lost customer! And I feel that many other users feel the same.
