Anyone else have success getting to someone at Samsung who can help with an order that was placed over two months ago, had three different expected delivery dates, but has never been shipped? I was charged for the order almost a month ago. Last week I spoke with a supervisor who said he would put in a cancellation, and that I would get an email to confirm this. I never got that email and called today to ask about it, where someone else just talked me in circles. Who can actually give me an answer and cancel the order and issue a refund?
