Ordered Galaxy S21 5G 128GB (SM-G991UZAAXAA) 7/8/2021. Order *****. Delivery originally specified as 1st week of August. Subsequent emails kept moving the date. Last email on 8/27/2021 said new delivery date was 10/13/2021. Chatted with support on 8/27/2021 (Ticket 5848407) and they said they'd put it to high priority and gave me some promo code coupons (those emails came 8/28/2021). Next thing I get is an "order cancelled" email on 9/1/2021. What gives? I didn't order the cancellation and no reason was given in the cancellation email.
