Outdated media notification

I use pocketcast to download and listen to podcasts. I have this outdated notification, which when I click it, it plays a podcast of a different name.  I cannot find a setting that will allow me to shut off this notification. See attached image.

Press and hold on it, then hit remove. Or swipe right/left to clear it

Wow, thanks. That did it. I kept opening the notification and did not try press and hold.
