Phone quits working with Mazda

Everytime Samsung updates our phone It quits working with Mazda bluetooth voice text.Can they not fix this????

The cars software has to update to be compatible with the new update on your phone.

I was having the same problem. I have a Taurus that has Sync. You have to update the sync system. If you look under my thread you should see it. You have to download the update to a thumb drive and then use your USB port to load it. Don't go to the dealer for this.
