Purchased thru Samsung direct S215G about 6 months ago. Added Samsung case and screen protector because of the investment. Phone slips from pocket getting into the car this morning Falls maybe 20 inches and now the screen is cracked . Is this a warranty item? Who do I contact ?
Sorry. unless you purchased accident protection is is not a warranty issue. To get it repaired try your local IFixit shop or for authorized repair Ubreakifix.
