I have changed to Sky Ultimate fibre broadband, and now I find that a few of the apps on my S21 will not open while I am connected to the Wi-Fi. If I turn off the Wi-Fi on the phone then the apps will open. This only happens to a few but not all the apps. I is also worth noting that I also have an iPhone 12, with the same apps, but I have no problems with any apps opening on this phone. Any ideas?
I have exactly the same problem with my Note 9 after upgrading to Community Fibre 1gb. Quite a few apps won't open (BBC, BBC Weather, NDTV Cricket), works ok with Sky broadband and Mobile network. I noticed its only with Note 9. works fine on iPhone and even on Galaxy Tab7. I re-installed apps but still a problem. Any help would be very appreciated.
