Galaxy S21@Andromeda441 Unfortunately there is no approved method for uninstalling an update.
After every major update, I wipe the device cache partition. This clears any temporary caches which may have become corrupted or incompatible during the upgrade. This does NOT remove any user apps NOR change user settings. To clear the device cache partition:
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.
- When the Android logo displays, release both keys. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
- Press Side key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
- When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Side key to restart the device.

Others who face issue after update. Clear cache like Longhiker suggested, and if it doesn't help then submit error report to Samsung Members after reproducing the issue

Galaxy S21CAN U PLEASE HELP WITH THIS....Is anyone having problems with their Google contacts app syncing from cell to web based one?
It is still syncing from web based to app but not if i save a contact on my cell to the web based
