Random restarts and chinese blue screen

I have a refurbished s21 I got in january and it has been randomly freezing and restarting as well as giving me a weird interface with blue background and some chinese text. The only way to get out was to press and hold volume down and power button for 7 secs, I have probably done this 15 times this month.

doesn't mean it's not fake. They could have scavenged the hardware from somewhere and did some b.s. fix to sell it as authentic refurb.

Samsung is having sale on refurb of their own. you may want to consider returning and taking a look at those options.

Is their any warranty on it. I would contact them and see what they can do to help
