Being seeing a lot of fellow S21 user comments on how things are not connecting, & other issues. Not to be mean, I have a S21 and I'm experiencing no issues at all. So here is my idea, before I factory reset my S20, I mirrored all the setting from my S20 to my S21. And so far all is good. Now maybe this will help, & maybe it won't. But like I've said it's a idea.

how did you get your homescreen transferred the same it was in your old phone? I did the smart switch from my s20 to s21plus,it copied all my apps but I had to re-download my themes and place apps on the new phone home screen like I had on the old. it wasn't automatic. somewhere I seen that is supposed to copy your home screen and settings the same way as the old phone
it didn't for me either, but before I did factory reset on my old phone, I went through all the settings and made them match the new S21. Then I did the factory reset
