Anyone else having issues with their brand new S21 5G randomly and intermittently shutting down? It's not repeatable to a specific app amd sometimes does it while just sitying there. I've already gone as far as to factory reset it and all Samsung support tells me to do is take it to their local contracted repair shop. It's a 3 week old phone! Pretty unhappy with Samsung, especially since I've been a galaxy user since the beginning...
what is your software version? settings - about - softawre info - baseband
did you update it to oneui 3.1?
