Galaxy S21i have delivered 2x S21 ultra 5g unlocked devices. i have been trying for 2 days to add these phones to my current carrier and they are "ineligible based on imei". i have tried verizon, t-mobile, google fi, etc. and all ineligible.
what is going on here. i was shipped these 2 days ago and cannot use them? is this because the IMEIs have not been released yet?
or are these devices "bad" and i will need replacements?

I would get more details from your carrier as to why 'they are "ineligible based on imei"'. It is possible that they have not yet uploaded the latest IMEI files from Samsung since the official release is just today.
I've gotten many unlocked devices from Samsung and never had an issue.

Galaxy S21i think you should contact yout carrier. i also have vzw, tmb, and att but i had no issue using it just by switching the sim cards.

Galaxy S21Same issue. Rep at Verizon showed me the screen. Ineligible. Samsung rep says wait 3 to 5 days. Try again. They are working on it.
