I recently upgraded from a note 8 to the galaxy S21 FE, and have been having several issues with this phone.
Previously, I was able to connect my phone, waze, iheart radio, Sirius with relative each of operation. With this new phone, it connects the Bluetooth for waze, iheart radio, Sirius, etc..- BUT - it will not allow the phone at the same time as before. I have gone to Toyota, and T-mobile (2 hrs with T-mobile)
Connect to the car and Reproduce the issue and then open the Samsung Members app, click on Support (Lower right)->Feedback->Send Error Report, Remember to check on "Send System Data Log"

I am having the same problem and no one seems to know what to do. I know my radio is working properly as I can connect other phones , it seems to be the S21 FE that the problem.
