Hi
I just recieved my S21+ (Non Ultra).
And the Wide angle is extremely blurry (out of focus).
And I am not able to fix it since it is not a lens that can be focused.

Edit:
I now made a comparison, here you can see the difference.
Image looks great! so Lens is not at fault.
4k60 looks garbage.
4k30 looks a bit better.
1080p is insanely bad and for some reason not even that much worse from 4k... **bleep**

Here are captures from the video.
It is recorded at 4K, it is very noticeable:

Here is an image from the main sensor: (Also 4k video):

I posted a video on youtube on the quality, looks really blurry:

Even tho IMGUR compresses the **bleep** out of the images it is still clear as day that something is wrong.

What do I do now?

EDIT:
No lens protectors are mounted on the camera and there are no scratches/dirt or anything in the way for the camera. The phone is brand new and has been this way since day one.
Thank you for your answers so far, im worried it might be a defect lens, but ill keep on searching for an answer

thank you

Would you please attach picot directly here. I'm not sure uploading it to IBB would reduce the quality of not because I can't see the issue

@useru66ZRaDolj Please doublecheck that you remove the plastic protector from the camera lenses.

Hi
Thank you for the answer
sadly the plastic protector was already removed from the lens before.

I think it might be your camera in the back of your S21+, but try to check it, if it is dirt, or dust, or something on your camera in the back, the right thing to do is clean the back of the camera, if there are scratches... it's very impossible to get the scratches off... like the screen on my A11, there are a lot of scratches.... but you might want to want to a protector for it..., and you may Need to check if there is anything on the camera lenses... 🤔

Thank you for your answer.
Sadly the camera is completely clean with nothing in front of it.
Since the phone is brand new there are no scratches on it.

did this happen after the recent update or something?

have you tried it in safe mode?
