I would recommend reaching out to Fitbit for further assistance with compatibility.

Did you have the Fitbit to a previous Samsung phone? I did a quick google search and it looks like people were having the same issue with their S20's and S10's as well.

If you type fitbit versa 2 bluetooth issues on google, this comes up:
On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and back on. If your Fitbit device doesn't sync, restart it. ... If your Fitbit device still doesn't sync, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone and try to sync.

I just upgraded from an S9 to S21+, the only way I could get my Versa 2 to connect was to remove it from my Fitbit account and factory reset the watch. After that, I didn't have any trouble setting it up as if it were a new device on the Fitbit app.

I had to unsync my Versa 2 and act as if I were adding a new device and it connected just fine. Make sure to remove it from Bluetooth list first, then go through the setup process. I have the S21 Ultra and Versa 2 and they're now working just fine. Let me know if you have any more problems.

I tried everything and can't get it to sync. I removed from blutooth list which didn't help. Finally decided to set to factory settings and now can't use at all. Phone doesn't recognize it. 😭
