S21 Ultra HDR via Netflix

Is the S21 Ultra Model HDR compatible with Netflix? I seen several articles that stated Netflix "certified" the S21 Ultra for use of HDR within their streaming service. However, in my playback settings on Netflix, it says; HDR compatibility: None. I have the premium version of Netflix and it works in HDR on my TV. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yes I've already tried all these troubleshooting steps is still not working. I'm wondering if anybody else had this issue?

I just bought the S21 Ultra yesterday and Netflix isn't showing HDR compatibility in the app. This is one of the reasons why I bought the phone.

Google it. I just did and not all Samsung phones have HDR capabilities. It's complex. Has to do with your rear camera setting if I read right. Much HDR information on Google including wich Samsung model is compatible.

I have the s21 Ultra and it is has HDR capabilities. I can take HDR pics on the camera. I just cannot figure out how to watch HDR movies on Netflix even though I have the premium 4K Netflix subscription.

This has to do with Netflix HDR, not camera HDR.

The S21 series is indeed HDR capable if the HDR functions within the Netflix app are not working, you would need to reach out to them directly for assistance with their app.
