S21 Ultra Pictures Blurry at 1x zoom after android 13 update

I got the android 13 update today, and my pictures are blurry when I try to do a regular 1x zoom. I've tried to reset my camera, clear the cache, and everything else, but nothing works.

Same issue. Lots of people have it. Samsung claims to be aware not sure when fix is planned. 1x to 3x is blurry.

I have this issue as well. It is so frustrating. Tried all the steps but 1x is still blurry. I am thinking of switching my phone to iPhone since Samsung has no fix for this issue
