Hi ,

Today I received my S21 Ultra , everything is perfect, but the following two issues were very upsetting me.

1.I could put two SIM sim card in it , before I order I checked several time , it supports two SIM card slot . But mine only is available.

2.I could find SIM card manager from Settings, even I want to use eSIM, I couldn't use it ,because I could find SIM card manager for manage eSIM .

Have anyone face the same issue?

I live in Canada.

Let me sure I understand: 1. You could NOT use 2 SIM cards, and neither 2. You could NOT find card manager. Correct?
If I am not mistaken the Canadian site list the phone as single SIM.

I have an S21+Ultra in US and I have the same issues. The SIM tray looks like it should hold two SIM cards but the second slot is clearly made to prohibit installation of second SIM (NA version tray?).
And, I too can't find eSIM anywhere in settings. We'll played, Samsung...

Well, I am a US customer using a US product that I bought directly from Samsung US and I still can't fit a second SIM in my unlocked, US version of the S21+ Ultra nor can I add an eSIM. I guess I'm in the wrong place?
