S21 Ultra Speakerphone Volume Too Low

How can I increase the Speakerphone volume?

When I play media, the volume from my phone is fantastic and very loud. However for phone calls using speakerphone, I can't get the volume anywhere close to this level. I need to use the speakerphone and hold the phone to my head at the same time. 

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.

Have you tried it in Safe mode? The speakerphone works fine.

Perhaps it is an app causing the issue or perhaps an audio routing issue.

So try the Safe Mode and also maybe clearing the cache of your Phone app

No difference in safe mode. Don't really have any apps installed as it's a new phone.

volume while on the phone could be a network issue, check with your carrier as well

I don't think the carrier can remotely limit the volume of my phone specifically only when using speakerphone.

So if it's brand new why not try a factory reset. Did you buy it locally or through Samsung. In any case if the reset doesn't work bring it in to your carrier as maybe they can help

I resolved the issue. It had something to do with the phone app that I have been using. Thanks.
