S21 Ultra (T-mobile) unable to use Samsung to Samsung Video Call

So I am able to use video call with Google Duo but I'm not able to use the phone's built in video call for samsungs phone. I check my settings and there is no option for Video Call only video chat effects. Is anyone else having this issue and is there a way to fix it?

Hi, are you having the same problem as well?

In order to use the Samsung version of video call, you have to use it with another user that owns a Samsung. The reason Google Duo is guaranteed to work is because it's more complex and people who own the app (such as any Android or Apple device) can use it freely.

The person also have Samsung as well (s20 Note Ultra) so it was strange that I couldn't use it. I seen online that you have to go to your phone settings and turn it on but my phone doesn't show it. 😔

It's all good bro, it could just be my service. Well most people have google Duo so it is what it is 🤷🏻‍:male_sign:. Thank you tho I appreciate you helping

Go to settings go to apps find that particular App clear your data restart phone possibly disable your Duo while you do it all you make video calls with your Samsung app

So I just try doing it and it didn't work. When I disabled Duo it completely took off my video chat button on the setting. I'm not really sure what's the issue. I probably contact Samsung later and if there is a solution I post it thanks tho

Have you checked for debris or dirt in the speaker wire hole? Just wonderin. My husbands phone had trouble like that and he cleaned it and it started working fine
