Just purchased a S21 Ultra.

When I take photos of my artwork, in a light box, the white background color is almost gray/tan!

I never had this issue with my old (Galaxy J7 Crown) phone. I could set my light box up and shoot away, getting great bright pics every time!

Can anyone help me with this?

I'm guessing it has to be a setting, maybe white balance or contrast?Seems as if the camera is trying to correct the really bright/white background, but not how I want it.

I appreciate any and all help before I return this awesome phone since I can't get a decent white background photo.

Thank you!

Try turning off HDR, or use Pro mode and adjust the auto white balance. HDR purposely reduces highlights and boosts shadows.

have you tried it in safe mode? also, check and see if there are any filters to it

submit an error report via samsung members app if you think it's some kind of bug on camera app
