Galaxy S21I just got the S21Ultra and after my 30day free visual voice mail premium trial, I went to the basic visual voicemail. I have a VPN and I realized I was not getting my voice mail notifications showing in my phone app but I was getting error messages that VVM had an error and the only way to get my VMs was to dial in. If I turn off my VPN I am able to see my VMs on my phone recently and push VM icon in the phone app to receive. No dialing in needed.
I tried to trouble shoot with my VPN provider but nothing except turn it off worked.
This same VPN worked on my S8+ so what changed? I did initially talk to Verizon about it since I never remember seeing the term Visual Voicemail even just the basic not premium type. The difference is that you don't see the "message" typed out but you do see that a VM was left and you just push on VM icon.
Anyone else? I'm about ready to dump my VPN (not just for this...)

Galaxy S21@Sedona857 Voicemail is a carrier provided service. You will need to talk to your carrier to see if there is a resolution.

Galaxy S21Hi there, as @LongHiker said your voicemail is controlled by your carrier so you'd need to speak to them about any features or trials.
