S21 freeze / restarts

My S21 has restarted randomly about 5 times over the past few days. I've noticed in the past that when I would pick it up it would be in the password screen, like it was just booting up, but I just ignored it. Lately it has been freezing up when I was actively using it. I also noticed that the freeze/restarts are not tracked in the "Restart History" in Device Care.
This seems to be a common problem/ known issue with S21's, but with no fix except to factory reset (which is very inconvenient).
Is an acceptable resolution being worked on by Samsung?

Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like a software reflash may be the next step if the troubleshooting provided doesn't resolve your symptoms. Please know that you will have to back up all of your data prior to the software reflash. We have a couple of options available:

1.UbreakIfix-Authorized walk-in service center for Samsung: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/ubreakifix

2. Ship your device in for service. Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.

Have you tried booting to Safe Mode to see if the problem persists?

So I did that today. reset the phone back to factory and not 2 hours later it froze and restarted on me. This is happening to my wife's phone but not mine. we got the phones at the same time. they both have life proof boxes on them so its not a damage issues and we got the phones in May of this year.

When your phone freezes or crashes, it can be really nerve-racking. The good news is that this can probably be fixed without having to send your phone in for service. Performing simple actions like rebooting and updating the software are just a couple of the things you can do to prevent freezes and crashes in the future. You need to change the FPS to a lower refresh rate, and if it's you have an SD card installed double check it's the correct class. I had put my old card in when I upgraded and I had the same issue since it the read/write speed wasn't fast enough.

I am also facing the same problem. I even flashed it wiping everything but there is no change. I saw One UI and Facebook crashing but I installed Nova Launcher but the restart still continued.
