S21 is not connecting to Android Auto

Has anyone had any issues with there phone connecting to Android Auto. I cannot get my phone to connect to my car, it connects to Bluetooth and charges but will not connect to the other car features. I have tried to connect using different cords and and different cars, no luck.

Did you try to clear the Android auto app cache and restart the phone? Also, check the app permissions.

Yes, I did both, and I'm still not working. I have talked to two different Samsung customer service, and they have not been able to fix the problem.

Ya,that's frustrating! Have you uninstalled then reinstalled the android auto app?
