I have a S21 and a Pixel 5. I have a friend that has a Pixel 4, when she texts me they do not show up on my S21 but when I put my sim card in my Pixel 5 I do get all her text. Has anyone else aware of this issue?

I am using the Samsung Messaging app.

thanks for the reply. I tried using Google messages on my S21 and I turned off the chat function on my Pixel 5. Nothing worked so I reached out to Samsung and they thought it was a sim card issue. I called ATT and I had another sim card at my house that they activated. Once I started to use the new sim card, all is good now.

Thanks,
