S21 ultra after update. Recent apps not working as expected.

If I click on the switch apps button(Next to the home button) it used to open recent apps and it will point to the last app(it will be right most) now if I click that button it will be In the middle. 
Example. 

Apps opened were

1. messaging, 2. facebook, 3. whatsapp, 4. Instagram, 5. chrome, 6.maps, 7, spotify

If I click the menu button(recent apps button) it should be at the last Spotify. But it will point to WhatsApp or Instagram. Making it very very confusing and hard to navigate between apps.

I have this exact problem too. When I have a few apps open, the recent apps menu frequently scrolls far back to some random app in the list.

The issue can be exacerbated by enabling "Remove Animations" in Accessibility settings, then pressing Home/Recents button quickly with 3+ apps open in the recents menu. Only the two most recents apps should ever be switched to, but the third (and other random apps) will eventually popup.

So it's definitely an issue with the animation or speed of the recents menu.

Same problem for quite awhile now. Recents goes to oldest recents in the list versus the last one you were on. Entirely stupid bug, frustrating to have it not show your MOST recent 2-3 apps. Double tap still switches between your last two, but I'd like to see the list return to original functionality.

Working fine here.  Boot to the Recovery Menu and wipe the data partition and then Repair Apps
