T-mobile network is lost sometimes. No matter setup for 2g, 3g, 4g, 5g auto whatever it lost signal. The issue started after Upgrading to UI5 , OS 13 on December 14th, 2022

I have iphone 13 pro, using same t-mobile sim (keep them side by side) , that is getting 3 bars at least all the time.

But the Samsung only no single sometimes.

I tried to wipe the cache partition and repair apps, reset network settings etc. But dis not help anything. Please help me to resolve the issue.

Hello,

You can try these fixes to solve this issue.

First, reboot your phone.
Turn on and off airplane mode.
Use roaming services. To do so, navigate to Settings > Connections > Roaming Services, then enable it.
Reset network settings.

I have only one bar after chnage it from 5g to 4g. 😞

Same issue on my S21 Ultra 5G. I lost any mobile connectivity (5G, 4G) after leaving WLAN or go into buildings. But not always. But it wont reconnect itself.

I have to go to flight mode and back again to get a good connection again. But I think this cant be a solution for long. It started after update to Android 13.

Samsung S20 works fine with same Mobile Provider.
