Continually having connection issue with phone. I specify this phone as three people with identical contract and all receiving and can make outgoing calls but I am having ongoing issues with Internet and calls.

I now have T- mobile after their merger with Sprint. Prior to this, I've noticed that when they are updating their network you may not have signal at all or a very weak one until the update is finished. If all else fails, go to your carrier as you may need a new sim card.

See your carrier. This is not a Samsung issue. Having no network is your network behavior.

I had the same problem for 6 hours yesterday evening. Not good when I have a 24/7 business and must be connected all the time. I'm w T-Mobile and never have network issues where I was.
