Failed update. I have to reset to default. Question: can I backup and restore from my google drive? Rather than cloud? I didn't want to also pay to expand cloud drive when I can use Google drive.
Smart switch might be good option you said you got a failed update is it causing issues with phone now? I would try a soft reset see if that helps as for Google drive that shouldn't be issue
