I just found out my S21 won't connect to a wireless network because of it being somehow locked into a VODAFONE Australia APN?!?! I have reset the network settings & my S21 also won't update yet the Google play store will?!?!?! Can someone please help me figure out how to fix this build number because I bought this phone from Walmart refurbished and unlocked to any carrier!
Try Reset apn settings. Settings, connections, mobile networks, access point names. 3 dot upper right, reset. Reboot. Goto dialer, put in star pound star pound 4636 pound star pound star, click phone information, scroll all way down and click trigger carrier provisioning, reboot. If its greyed out either your carrier has blocked that feature or is already provisioned. If none of that works contact your carrier. šš»
