S21 won't receive pictures or gifs

This just started this morning, but I can't receive pics or gifs all of a sudden. I hbe an s21 and use Google fi as my provider.

From the research I have done with this issue with the s21 is contact your cellular provider make sure your plan includes multimedia

Yep, it's always included multimedia, this issue just began this morning.

Okay so did you do anything different update the phone change any settings ?

I didn't. I've searched online and tried all of the fixes found, like turning off the automatic download of mms, resetting the APN settings, etc, and nothing is fixing it.

And you're using Samsung default messenger ?

No, I'm using Google messages, but I've even tried the default messenger. Didn't fix it.

Okay I'm a beta tester for Google messages My app just updated 3 days ago.
Did you recently have an app update for Google Messenger

From what I know sometimes disconnecting from Wi-Fi and making sure you have a connection to cellular data
You can as you've already done uninstall the app and reinstall it
Go to help on the Samsung members and run a diagnostics and send your error report log to Samsung

mine is working fine.. are you able to receive GIF via stock Samsung Messages app?
