S21FE 5G unlocked from Amazon security updates?

Hello. I bought S21FE 5G verizon unlocked from Amazon 6 months ago, but I haven't received any security updates. Currently my phone's security level is June 1, 2024. How can I get new updates?

Is the S21 still on the update schedule?  That may have been the last update it was entitled to.  It's a 2020 phone and we are in 2025.  I won't swear to it, but I think those phones only had a 3-year update cycle.  It's still usable, just make sure you have an adequate anti-virus program and VPN to make sure it's secure until you can afford an upgrade.

I have Samsung S21FE 5G and the screenshot shows where to go for me to update each month the security patch and Google Play System update. Software update is also located in your setting page at bottom, unless your Verizon has a different setup in settings? quite possible. Your android version has to be higher than version 10+ for it to update Both Google Play system and security. Once you start updating manually it should start on its own and start notifying you when to allow next update. Our S21FE will get it's last Software Upgrade with the upcoming rollout for Android Version 15 UI 7. As my update show last month . Remember, the updates will lag a month behind , so this means I have the current update for my model. hope this helps? Just tap on your phone where it say Google Play system update and it takes you too the updating page.
