I have the same issue, with Exynos CPU, sometimes the phone lags a lot, it looks like the refresh rate drops to 15 or something like that. I have the latest updates on everything, it happens everywhere, even in the lockscreen or homescreen. It's not heat and it lags even with enchanted processing on.
