Remove any cases, skins, or protectors from your phone. They could be blocking the wireless signal.
If headphones are connected to your phone, it could block the phone from charging. Disconnect the headphones or place your phone in a landscape position. Do not use your phone while it is wirelessly charging.
If a charger or USB cable is connected to your phone, the wireless charging feature may be unavailable.
Disconnect any cables from the phone's USB port.
Use only the AC adapter and USB cable that came with your phone or wireless charger to power the wireless charger.
