Dear Samsung,

First, you don't ship with charger. This gave me headache and urge to bought 3 more charger.

Second, Netflix is pre-installed and cannot be uninstalled/disable/hide. Every update it keeps coming out from folders even! .

Third, Samsung Free cannot be uninstalled too.

Fourth, you shipped with Google Messenger pre-installed, and on top of that you have your default Samsung Messenger. The Google messenger is a solid app but a waste of space and darkmode uniformity switch issues. And the default Samsung messenger can't block SMS without a number.

There are talks on climate change, what about software sustainability changes? Give us the options plz!!!!

I agree.  Samsung still refuse to implement Block SMS feature without an actual number on the default messenger app.  They just slap Google messenger on top of their flagship now.   Good luck with your 256GB storage only.

* Netflix CAN be disabled - it is on mine.
* Free can be disabled - it is on mine

Google Messenger, for me, is a better app than the other Messenger. I also use Signal.
